Get ready for heart-pounding action at the Syracuse Indoor Sports Center on Hopkins Rd every Friday night! Here's everything you need to know about our exciting adult flag football league:
League Details:
Cost: $950 per team + $55 official fees per game
Deposit: $50 non-refundable deposit to secure your team's spot
Roster: 20 players (8 starters: 1 QB, 3 linemen, 4 receivers)
Game Length: Two 20-minute running-clock halves, 3-minute halftime
Key Information:
Registration: Complete your roster online by noon Thursday before week one. All players need valid email, phone, and full name.
Jerseys: Mandatory numbered jerseys. Colors first-come, first-served.
Injured Reserve: 2 IR spots per team. Email Theresa@cusesports.com for changes. IR players can't return for the season.
